There was a little play area for children in the garden but it was raining. You have to cross train tracks to get there, so mind your children! The trains run bihourly so the noise didn't bother us. When we first arrived we sat on the deck and drank a beer and took in the unbelievable views of the mountains while the kids jumped on the trampoline (another great plus for families with kids!). The guesthouse itself was lovely -- old world charm with modern amenities, comfortable and clean. The owners were friendly and helpful.
