We really wanted to visit the hotel. Familienhotel Löwen, since the surroundings of the mountains and everything geared towards families and children would be ideal for us. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. We easily found it by car, but we are not sure about its accessibility with public transport. short distance to the local attractions ( Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau Castles). The staff was very welcoming. We had an upgrade of our room, which was unexpected and brightened our stay. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options, and the dinner menu offered local specialities. We enjoyed the spa facilities: it was quiet in the evenings during the weekend (end of April), but we expect to be busy in other periods.

The location is good. Room is clean， and facility is also good. We are late on check in time. The house keeper wait for us 45min until very late. He is very nice to help us to take luggage.

The location and the views of the hotel were amazing! Our room was connected with a terrace and had view on the natural swimming pool and the village. The bathroom was very spacious and had a really nice walk-in shower. Our hotel roomcards were also valid as a Köningskarte. The Köningskarte will give you free entrance or discount to a lot of activities like the mountain skilift. We will definitely come back again!

The hotel is clean and very comfortable, it is offering several add-on services as swimming pool and SPA. Everything is well kept, and the staff is really taking care of their guests. The German restaurant is very good and offers large number of dishes, quality is amazing. The family room was very large with a separate room for child, there were also a sofa that helped to play UNO game in a comfortable manner.
