Breakfast is basic but enough for European appetite :). I am giving max stars just for the friendliness and hospitality of the host family. They were super helpful, found me a parking place, although I had not booked in advance and helped with the heating in the room. Self check-in was fun. There was no staff on site but staff of nearby restaurant (same owners) was very friendly. The bed was firm and had two separate blankets. Location is a bit remote but if you want to cycle or hike in the area or want to visit nearby places in NL and DE that's a pro. They have a wonderful, very unusual playground, which is worth factoring in if you come with children. It is easily reached by car located at Wasseberg's end and supermarkets and bakery as well gas station are located nearby. The hosts are really friendly and live on the ground floor so booking in and out is really easy. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment well furnished. A large box full of Lego was really appreciated by our kid.
