Very nice accommodation, new and spacious. The host was also warm and helpful, and gave me a warm welcome and handed me the keys.

Spacious quiet room. Excellent heating. Safe. Fridge and more. Big bathroom. Instructions are by the phone are listed and clear. Parking is only €4/ night. Get the token before you approach the boom. It opens automatically upon exit. Restaurant food is amazing. On Thursdays you can eat as much Schnitzel as you want for €24.50. Breakfast on the 9th floor was great! There is a lift.
