5 adults just spent one night pending boarding for a cruise. Apartment was very clean, 5 comfortable beds, didn't get a chance to try pool. Good communication and assistance with manager.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were trying their best to help. We arrived late but they still offered us a fresh, tasty dinner and freshly made pineapple juice. The facilities and rooms aren't new and shiny, but they are kept very clean - we won't see any dust or dirt in this place. You can go to the rooftop restaurant and take a look at see from there.

We booked this hotel for one night prior our Cruise from La Romana. We really enjoyed our time. Giovanni was so nice and welcomed us late. We had a nice, clean room and they even prepared a complimentary minibar with snacks and drinks for us! :-) thanks again! The breakfast was really cute by the pool with different fruits, cereals, toast, pastries, different egg options… All in all we 100% recommend this hotel. We felt really safe.
