Amazing hotel. The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

We stayed in a beautifully designed room with fantastic views. We loved how the guest house is desgined in such a natural way with the woods. There is a heater in the room, which kept us warm in the cooler evenings. In the evenings we could see the birds out of the big windows and on our spacious balcony. The owners are very attentive and helpful. They catered towards our special dietary requirements. Their friendly puppies were a delight.

To begin with, the host family totally saved us when we couldn’t get a bus to Alausi and spontaneously had to go to Baños. Not only did they organize a room for us, but they got up in the middle of the night to let us in. Everyone there is incredibly kind and helpful, the hostel feels like a home and the breakfast ist amazing! also a shout out to the choice of breakfast background music which we really enjoyed :). Absolutely would recommend this hostel to anyone going to baños!

The room was ample, the beds and the bath comfortable. We had a very nice balcony with a view of the mountain. The staff was very friendly and on top of things. They made good recommendations for us to go to a spa or the local hot springs. Free parking and a good breakfast. They also had water to refill bottles.

Very central, right on the main street where all the night life happens so you have a great overview of it by just looking from above through yoir window. It is a bit noisy, but i didn't mind that at all cuz it's so full of life. The apartment is very clean and spacious, very comfortable, and the host very welcoming and responsive.

We had the most amazing time at 593 Hotel Boutique. We got a better room than we had paid for, it was beautiful and clean. Jorge is the best guide you can imagine. Everyday he prepared breakfast for us according to our wishes and helped us out with different things. Would definitely recommend!!

The room was super clean and the hosts were SO NICE. They came to pick us up when we couldn't find the place and dropped us off in the main downtown area. They have some great stories! The breakfast was also very, very good and always timely. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms pretty nice. One of the owners speaks a lot of English and is a mountaineering tour guide so we had no issues with communication.
