We read that the service was great before coming and they still managed to surprise us in happy ways. We felt very well taken care of, they even got us bug spray when we had foolishly left ours at home. The meals were delicious and the staff was very accommodating. The setting naturally brings in such variety of birds we felt like we were on a perpetual bird tour just from our villa and eating meals on the patio.

Excellent hostel on the edge of Mindo, but within a short easy walk to the rest of Mindo. The hostel is clean, with comfortable beds and hot water. The best part are the hammocks overlooking the forest - we had a wonderful time just relaxing and listening to the sounds of the birds. Breakfast was included and very tasty. You eat on a garden terrace and watch the birds which was lovely. Staff are friendly, and are able to offer recommendations for activities and food.

With mountain views, Eden Treehouse is located in Mindo and has a restaurant, room service, snack bar, garden, terrace and barbecue.

I liked that my room had a view of the jungle, so I was lucky to see birds flying around, of course you might not see so many birds and animals if you came here or you could see a lot depends on your luck, the room was simple and nice, good value for the money I paid, staffs were really nice and helpful, it's a little bit far from the center 10 minutes by taxi, if you wanna stay here you have to keep that in mind, I think if you wanna stay away from people and just chill next to the jungle, this would be a perfect place, keep in mind since it's a tree house next to the jungle you might see some insects, bring your mosquito repellent with you, you will need it

The apartment was amazing with an incredible view overlooking the forest. The hotel was located very close to the main section of town - we chose to mostly walk, however taxis were available if needed. The food was very nice, both breakfast and dinner. The host and staff at the hotel were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again. - Luke and Mary

The location was close to town and the bus stop to Quito is less than 10min walking distance. The staff were so warm and accommodating. I didn't want to leave. The room was as per described in the description. The TV has Netflix already set up so you can enjoy some entertainment. This came in handy for me as the only day I had for activities was a wet one, so I stayed in and loved every minute. Not sure what previous people were complaining about with the breakfast. It was a good balanced breakfast enough to keep me full all day and the juice was fresh made. I didn't like egg yolks and the staff went out of their way to make my eggs differently the next morning. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about the accommodation. It is a shame I didn't get to try the pool.

It was absolutely lovely! The owner took such good care of us and is actively involved in conservation efforts all around. The views were incredible and the whole place just oozed of serenity

Beautiful breakfast with fresh fruits, juices, coffee, tea, bread, jam and butter and eggs. You can observe the birds from there. The hotel is close to the center, yet it feels like you are in a forest. It's really quite, and the orchids are stunning. Our room was big and really clean amd we could watch the bird from our window. The staff has been lovely and helpful
