Family hotels and homes in Banī Ghālib

Everything is very good, specially the front assisant Mr. Mahmoud sultan & receptionist Mr. Hesham .the house keeping persons Mr. Yasser & Mr. Ahmed sayed. The kitchen Manager Chief Ahmed fawzy.

Nice and clean hotel. New and the staff were great. I recommend it.

The Staff was extraordinarily Friendly, they handled their job professionally, the location of the hotel is also unique in a very safe and quite area, also the restaurant provides high quality food with a wide variety to choose from.

We where expecting an hotel but it is a private complex (more like a small town) with football fields, swimming pools, gym, mosque, wedding hall, gardens, etc. The room was extremely spacious, the staff was very nice and helpful. Very nice restaurant with good prices for dinner. Free use of the pools. Good breakfast. They also have a free shuttle from and to downtown (we did not use it but is a nice amenity). Located halfway between the city and the airport (we were there only to catch a flight). They also arranged special transport to the airport as the regular driver only started after the time we needed to get to the airport. Bonus: weddings come here to take pictures, so we saw at least 5 with people in their best party clothes :)
