Wonderful hospitality, super food. In particular the ladies on the guest relations desk were very professional and helpful. Also the beach and lobby bar staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough for you. The Breezes restaurant staff and food were good although some of the portions a little small. The Italian a la carte was outstanding, one of the best we have had in any all inclusive hotel. The lovely lady serving ice cream and pastries was always kind and welcoming, what a special lady. Good rooms, outlook and lighting. Beautiful beach with excellent palapas.

So light , bright and modern. It’s lovely to see the palm trees through the shower glass ceiling. The bungalows are right on the beach. Sunrise on one side, sunset on the other. So remarkably peaceful. A private beach with no sales people allowed to bother you and a private pool for lodge users too. If you have kids, there is a larger pool and water slide further along the complex. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food and is quiet and civilised and is located on the beach next to the diving centre where I learned to scuba dive. The staff here are always lovely, friendly and professional. It’s worth taking time to visit the spa where professionally trained staff offer a variety of treatments. Sit on your own little terrace, or at the restaurant and bar or on the beach. I keep returning here. I love it.

Excellent vacation. From food to service just perfect. Staff was welcoming and polite. Special shout-out to the animation team for doing an outstanding job. Every interaction with them was a joy! I want to single out Stereo for being a real gem. We spent a night in the club with him and it was the highlight of our trip!

Family room was spacious and had everything we needed. The Beach and Aqua Park are fantastic and have lots of activities everyday. We also really enjoyed the food variety from all the restaurants available in the hotel. Will definitely be coming back!

The hotel itself is very well located, you can not find better. The staff is extremely helful and try to make your stay as much enjoyable as possible at all levels. Congrats ! We were also very impressed by the cleaness of the hotel; the room, the beach, everywhere. Very impressive ! Last but not least, I was used to have bad quality food on the buffet. This has changed a lot. You have choice and good food. You clearly see they pay attention to it. Result : we didn't get sick !
