Delicious breakfast, beautifull view, nice places to sit down and got some help with taking the local transportation to Cairo.

The villa was extremely spacious and was able to comfortably accommodate our family of 10 adults and 5 children. Big spacious living spaces as well which allowed us all to enjoy sitting together.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa, which is located in a wonderful green space hugged by palm trees, olive trees and a jasmine. You feel at home as you get in, with a super comfy bed, nice kitchen and super clean property overall. You can sit on the nice roof too to observe the stars and the sky. Ashraf is a great host and very easy to communicate with and always a phone call away. He recommends places to visit and happily organised a day trip for us with a very short notice. The breakfast is so fresh and can tell made with love and Ashraf was very flexible in providing it in an early time for us. We are very grateful indeed and highly recommend this place and the host. I also recommend the restaurant which the host recommends as you can have delicious food with really good prices. I also recommend that you must go on a pottery session in the village especially at 'Bait Alfokhar' بيت الفخار and visit 'Zahrat Alotus' زهرة اللوتس art shop where you can find the most beautiful and meaningful paintings. All the best to you all.

Beautiful location and view with great food

We enjoyed our stay here enormously. On arrival, you see a lovely and attractively designed garden with lots of places to sit and relax. The bedrooms have domed ceilings, and ours had a great private balcony overlooking the garden. Housekeeping standards are high so you know your room will be spotlessly clean. We received really excellent service from the reception manager, Mina Zakaria, so much so that we decided to extend our stay for a further four days, transferring to a large suite. Mina recommended good people for a desert safari and a private taxi to the airport, both at very fair prices. He was genuinely interested in doing his best for us in ways that went beyond the call of duty. The restaurant provides plenty of both outdoor and indoor seating. We liked the Egyptian food which is well cooked and has delicate flavours:in particular, the fish, bamia tagline, home-made bread, lentil soup and rice pudding. Breakfast offers a good choice of items including perfectly cooked falafel, vegetable omelettes and honey with Egyptian bread. The staff who served us made us very welcome with their friendliness and good service. The restaurant manager was excellent: he speaks good English and was always on hand to help us order things for breakfast and dinner. On one occasion he arranged for some local fish to be delivered for our dinner. Although the hotel was busier during the weekend (Thursday to Sunday), it was quiet otherwise. Tunis is an attractive, unique village, ideally placed for exploring the area. The Palm Shadow resort makes an ideal base for relaxing in and around the village and for setting out to explore further afield.

The facility was really clean and comfortable. I've slept in a tent, and even when the night was cold, inside the tent was warm. I've got a really warm blanket. The stuff was really friendly, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. Coffee and tea were avaible without extra charge. And the most stunning was the view from my tent. My stay was exceptionally good.

We had a very nice time staying at this apartment, mainly due to its stunning outdoor area. The 3 bedrooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There are two separate outdoor spaces: a spacious living area with a lovely view of the lake and a beautiful garden. It is truly a perfect setting to relax and enjoy nature. The hosts, Suhail and Ahmed, were exceptional! They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available to help with any requests. Their hospitality stood out, from ensuring our comfort to organizing entertaining evening local shows. Also, they offered a delicious local breakfast.

The architecture, decor, furniture, spacious halls, nature, balcony, private master room upstairs, and swimming pool. Ahmed was also very cooperative. The place is 15 min drive to Tunis village.
