All the areas of the hotel were very clean and beautifully decorated. The service was excellent and all the staff was friendly and ready to help. There are several restaurants and bars with great food and drink options. The Wi-Fi was great in the whole area of the resort, even on the beach. As we had a later flight, they offered late check out of the room and kept our luggage for a bit longer while we enjoyed the last hours of vacation!

We had a really great time during our winter holiday in January. The weather also was good at this period. Food was better than expected. Every evening a different kind of barbecue. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every problem during our stay was fixed immediately. Excellent for Families

I recently stayed at *Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh* in Hurghada and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is stunning, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities like pools, a spa, and diverse restaurants. What made my stay truly special was the exceptional service from the staff, especially *Michael* at the front desk. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm smile made me feel very welcome. Michael went out of his way to handle all my requests efficiently and always had a positive attitude. His genuine care for guests made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great atmosphere and outstanding service!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful. We had a couple of difficulties that were not in anyway the hotel's fault but they still helped us solve them. I had a birthday while I was there and they must have noticed on my passport because when we got back to the room that day, housekeeping had created a beautiful cake and hearts on the bed with towels. It was a sweet surprise.

It was an amazing stay 🤩, everything was perfect : Hospitality, cleanliness, rooms are spacious and well furnished 😍,staff were helpful and friendly specially mr zizo and mr mohammed from reception, the housekeeper mostafa is really good and the animation guy abdullah (boda), Many pools with different depths 🏊🏻‍♂️beach is wonderful (sandy one)🏝️ Food is very very very very delicious 😋😋may be the best on earth i ve ever eaten, We left almost few hours ago but we really miss the hotel toooo much 😔we hope to come again next season🙏🏻
