Due to rain I spent a day hanging out here. It felt like home in no time. Great bakery and restaurants too nearby.

Very clean with lovely towels, toiletries etc. At this time of year it can be cold but the room was lovely and warm and welcoming. Fantastic location in an old railway station with beautiful views, right on the via verde, which is an old railway line now used for cycling and walking. A good walk uphill into the village. Helpful staff and owner who arranged a bike for me to enjoy the Vulture colony nearby. Easy parking onsite and easy to find as it's not in the centre of town.

During our three-day stay, we received a warm and wonderful welcome from the owner. The house is newly renovated, and rarely have we encountered such an exquisitely decorated place. Every room—all 14 of them—was top-notch, tastefully luxurious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Attention to detail was evident throughout the house, with a fantastic, delightful terrace and well-appointed kitchen facilities. The location was also perfect, nestled between Ronda, Setenil, and Olvera. We found Alcalá del Valle to be authentically Spanish, with excellent dining options and incredibly welcoming locals. We highly recommend Palacete BARSANZ HOME and would love to return.

Good location in the old town with very nice view from the shared terrace. The house is completely renovated with beautiful design and expensive materials. The shared kitchen is very well equipped, offering free coffee and biological oranges to press fresh orange juice.

Confortable, in the middle of the village, inside the rock. No contact with the staff, on the check in or check out, but everything was so simple and without any complication. Very well done!
