I was impressed about how Sharon manages it all. She was very friendly and extremely helpfull. I could reach out to her anytime and nothing I asked was to much. She even checked on me when I was out to make sure I was not in trouble. She helped me in any possible way. And all of that she did with an extreme lack of sleep. Even being sleep deprived she kept on going with a smile on her face. This woman deserves a rest and should be rewarded with an employee of the month award!!

Kudos to the staff. My late elderly mom who was on wheelchair received the greatest care and for this I'm grateful to the team. They went out of their way to even arrange a wheelchair accessible vehicle to transfer us to the airport and this is on top of having accommodated our request prior to our checking in cos of our flight schedule.
