Amazing location - so peacefully. Host could not have been more accommodating and friendlier. Very specious en suite room, nicely decorated and extremely clean. Very comfortable bed, copious breakfast with local products. The property is full of character and restored with love with passion for details. Could easily have stayed another night!

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the wonderfully comfortable stay at Hotel De La Croisée. The hotel in Poncin perfectly blends into the magical atmosphere of a town steeped in medieval history and the legacy of the Templars. Sofie, the owner, is exceptionally welcoming, open, and attentive to the needs of every guest. Our room had all the necessary comforts to relax and recharge for the next stages of our journey. Breakfast was delicious – the cheeses, jams, croissants, baguette, coffee, tea, and juices provided the perfect start to an energetic day. We are deeply grateful to Sofie and her father, both wonderful hosts and truly kind people. This is an extraordinary little hotel in a truly remarkable town.

The room was very big and clean and so were the bathroom and toilet. The hosts were very welcoming, kind, attentive and friendly. We had a lovely dinner with the other guests staying at the property in a very warm and joivial atmosphere. Their pet dog is a plus for all dog lovers out there.

Super Clean and comfy, amazing hosts I will definitely stay here if I am back in this area again. I was traveling solo on a motorcycle and the host is a motorcycle lover. Even though I can barely speak French we spoke for hours, how cool is that!? The rooms are old fashion looking but they are in very good condition, heated and you have nice wifi and tv apps. The breakfast is simple but delicious and the hosts make sure you have everything you need. They also offered me a secure parking spot for my motorcycle and fridge access to my water bag.

A warm welcome and a fabulous and cosy little house for the three of us. Wish we'd had a bit more time to explore and enjoy but it was our midway stop while driving from UK to Tuscany so had to head off. We had a delicious Greek evening meal at nearby Bourg En Bresse. Next time would bring our own stuff for breakfast but our lovely hosts shared some of theirs!!
