Lovely couple who greeted us, explained everything we needed to know. Kids loved the grounds, the swings, the outside toys that were provided and the indoor toys were easy accessible and was such a nice touch. Rooms were super clean, beds nice, just a little lower than I would have liked, and a firm mattress. We had a very restful nights sleep. A lovely continental breakfast to finish off our stay before heading to our final destination.

Welcoming hosts, very attentive and friendly. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed (no plastic undersheet thankfully, I find them most uncomfortable). Monsieur recommended a local restaurant which was very traditional and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent, crepes made with Calvados, homemade confiture, cheese and fresh bread plus some small cakes somewhat like madeleines (I think they were called called “financiers“). On the morning of our departure we were invited to pick walnuts from the tree in the garden, which we promptly did. Plastic bags were even supplied! When we returned home the walnuts were dried and they were absolutely delicious. Thoroughly recommend this establishment.

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming home in the serene Normandy countryside. Sallyanne and Andy, the hosts, were truly the loveliest people we’ve ever met, welcoming us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The home itself was a delightful haven, thoughtfully furnished with an array of things to use and activities to do. From cozy sofas and board games to their well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, every detail was considered. For us British folks there was even British television! The hosts even took the time to give us a guided tour, making us feel like cherished friends, and also took the time out to see us leave. The value offered by this remarkable home is unparalleled – a treasure trove of comfort, warmth, and genuine care. Cannot recommend enough and we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area! Bonne chance à Sallyanne et Andy.
