A great gîte to stay in. We stayed 1 night, having got off the eurotunnel. It was exactly the right place for the quiet and rest we needed. Town is maybe a 5 minute walk, it's a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to a main supermarket. We saw a wild seal and watched a steam train on its turning circle all within 20 minutes of each other on one night. When we returned the gîte tired and ready for sleep it had all the room we needed to sit in silence and read and relax before sleeping. A great stay

The location is incredible , opposite to an old steam railway station. The property is beautiful inside and out, incredibly cosy and warm. Restaurants are a 5 - 10 minute walk with breath taking views of the estuary. I will be returning to this property when I’m back in France! Also a huge thank you to the host, who was very communicative and went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful.
