    We loved our stay at this hotel - the family who runs it were such lovely hosts, the property is in a fabulous setting, the room was gorgeous, the bed very comfy and the place furnished beautifully with antiques in keeping with the building. We found our stay deeply restorative, and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxed stay in a lovely part of the world. Also very family-friendly!

    Really cosy cottage and really handy to the town centre. Fully enclosed garden so really good for pets and small children. No parking outside the property but this isn’t an issue as lots of on street parking less than a minute walk away. Hot tub outside was amazing and very easy to light. Great communication from the hosts especially Keira who was extremely helpful. Thankyou for a great stay- we will be back.

    The breakfast is a first rate continental breakfast with no expense spared. A lovely fruit salad. Wonderful views to over the surrounding mountains. Very much a friendly family hotel. We really enjoyed the people contact and the fact that the owners reached out to us and made us feel at home.

    Lovely big family room with king sized bed and sofa bed, perfect for our stay with the grandkids. The bathroom had bath and shower facilities, towels were provided. Lovely garden view from the window . Central location in Ballater. Host kept in touch and provided instructions for access to the room.
