The farmhouse has been modernised and skilfully converted. The rooms were spotlessly clean and practically furnished. The breakfast left nothing to be desired and was all made with fresh or homemade products (granola, fruit salad, jam). Anna welcomed us in a very friendly and courteous manner. She puts her heart and soul into the business and is fully invested. We would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to coming back. The staff could not have been more accommodating. We didn't realise that breakfast was later on a Sunday, so when we appeared early the chef was happy to provide us with a cooked breakfast before we left! Food for dinner and breakfast was all lovely. Great value that breakfast was included in the price. Accommodation was just perfect, close to the tunnel, and a lovely beer garden.

    We loved that it was out in the countryside enough to feel well rested and peaceful, but within an hour or less could get to places such as Dover Castle. For keen anglers this is a brilliant place to stay too. The land in general is really ideal for a family looking to get the family away from the hustle and bustle as they have acres of woodland for the family to explore too. The cafe on site cooks brilliant breakfast too. The lodge has everything you need, is clean and a Real home from home. We would come back and recommend
