We just loved the whole experience we had at Eilean Larmain - the main building, our room in a cottage, the pub we had our drinks and dinner, the staff. If I travel to Isle of Sky - I will definitely come here again and will recommend to others. So quiet and so good.

One of the most picturesque locations we have stayed thus far. Good rooms, fairly good food options, courteous staff and a vast bay right in front of the hotel that adds to the beauty.

The whole experience of staying at the Sligachan Hotel was a blast! The team are superb, and the rooms are utterly cosy and spacious (I even had my own cloakroom!) with a massive comfy bed. Every breakfast was a feast, accompanied by the lovely banter from the team. Will definitely come again in spring.

You get what you pay for. The condition of the hotel and the accommodation are generally in line with previous travellers' impressions. However, for one night, it's not a bad option. Besides, many hostels in Scotland are only for adults, so this hotel, wellcoming families, is a rare find. Breakfast is hearty and there is a good choice. Haggis is very tasty.

STAFF WERE AMAZING! Always kind and attentive. The full Scottish breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The location was great- across the street from the co-op and some local businesses and the water, and close to other restaurants. We stayed in room 5 (family room) and it was clean and spacious.

Breakfast was excellent and catered to our gluten-free and dairy-free family members! They accommodated a very late check-in. Very friendly staff. Easy access to a great morning walk along shoreline.
