Stunning property and location with beautiful grounds. Our room was spotlessly clean with a view of the swimming pool. The staff were just exceptional, friendly knowledgeable about the history of the building. Their attention to detail when it came to allergies was amazing. Frequent traveller visiting places and hotels all over the world & a chef myself, this was a real reminder of excellence in such a gorgeous location. I wanted to eat everything on the menu, which has clearly been put together to take advantage of locally sourced produce. The staff couldn't do enough for us , with a good old-fashioned customer service. The decor and rooms make for a country house feel with a modern twist.... There's been no expense spared on the recent refurbishment. If Iived a little closer, I would be a regular, sadly living in Perth Australia 🇦🇺 it will have to be next year! Good luck to the whole team as you make this beautiful place come into its full glory.
