The hut was beautiful and very cosy! It's a great location to puzzlewood, clearwell caves, and Gloucester is no more than 30 minutes drive! Owner was very friendly when we met on the drive ☺️

Breakfast was delicious. Room was a good size and very comfortable. Great facilities with quality products to use in the bathroom. The attention to detail throughout the BNB and from our host made our stay very relaxing - we would definitely return!

    We liked visiting a different area in the forest.Michelle was a super host being local gave great advice,so friendly and funny whilst making sure you were looked after,we had more of a quiet stay as it is a local pub but only opens to the public Wednesday onwards.You can get a drink at the bar Monday and Tuesday Our room was spacious,very comfy and bright and suitable for a family,would absolutely stay again.

    Squeaky clean, looked brand new. As if we were the first guests staying there. Host Nadine was very helpful throughout our stay. Her tips for places to visit made for a wonderful vacation in the Forest of Dean. I can definitely recommended this lodge to families (with younger children) and couples who want to explore the area.
