Beautiful and peaceful setting, views over parkland. Circular walk around estate. Spacious, comfortable and luxurious rooms . Historic features like original room shutters. Massive marble floored bathroom with free standing bath and separate power shower, double sinks. Washing machine and clothes airer meant we could wash and dry clothes. Quiet location and wonderfully comfy bed made for a great night's sleep.

Hosts are very welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. I didn't stay for breakfast as I had to leave early but looking at the choices.. amazing. They are very close to Melrose and Dryburgh Abbey.

The location of this hotel is very peaceful and beautiful, the room was huge and very comfortable and the view from the room was absolutely awesome! It was perfect place for relax and our dog felt himself very good too. I‘d visit this place again and again.

    Great stop over on way north to Inverness. Comfy family room, restaurant on site (great breakfast included, lovely home-cooked dinner the night before) and very attentive staff made our one-night stopover smooth and hassle free.
