Well equipped, lovely property, very clean and tidy. Communication was great from Samina. We were well informed. Spacious property, so kids were very comfortable. Location was good. Friendly service. Samina replied very swiftly to all our queries. She also recommended us some great places for kids activities and restaurants. She was generous to give us extra time for check out. So overall great staycation.

Room was very comfortable and check in was quick and friendly. We ordered a bottle of wine from the bar that we had in our room and the bar staff were very friendly as well. All staff we spoke to were professional and efficient.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Stayed there with the family to visit relatives and friends over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice warm rooms and great shower!
