We had a four poster bed. The hotel was freshly decorated, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Hotels following Covid are a bit old and worn but this place was an absolute delight. Recommend 100%.

We had a lovely stay at your place due to the nice house in a marvellous environment, the very friendly owners and great breakfast and cakes. The owner are incredible well informed about ancient or nature sightseeing points in the area and are keen too share it with the visitors. We fully recommend this place to stay there some days to relaxe and to visit interesting sights

The room was clean, warm and well equiped. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was super! The carvery dinner was recommended by the receptionist and we thoroughly enjoyed it as well as the breakfast - all fantastic!

    Fantastic place to stay with a lovely host. We will defiantly be back to North Star Glamping. The accommodation was immaculate, cosy and welcoming. Our children loved it!! Perfect place to stay while touring the NC500.

    The hotel was clean and well run. We were welcomed warmly; Lybster is an interesting place. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms good. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal, especially appreciated as we had invited family to join us. Warm thanks to the general manager and night chef. Breakfast was well organised - cold breakfast was included in the price; one of us took advantage of the possibility to order an extra, tasty, cooked dish. Plentiful coffee.

    Warmness of the family welcome. They had lovely free range hens. The availability of food in the evening and in the morning was excellent combined with a cocktail tipple (obviously not morning). Easy on site parking

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay surrounded by happy free range chickens and so close to where I wanted to be.I normally stay at Thrumster and so I was delighted to find a bed and breakfast so near. Mine hosts were delightful people, very attentive and kind and am so grateful they have come north with their young family to be there for us.

    - Location, the hotel was right on the road and parking in front, very easy with our luggage and toddlers - Staff was very pleasant, smooth check-in even late at night - Very spacy room for family, comfy beds, heater, in-room coffee, tea, cookies - Welcoming water bottles - Nice lighting and wardrobe
