The staff are amazing, particularly Cathy who served on at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. She was helpful, and very kind to our large party. She is a great asset to the hotel.
We loved the pool and spa facilities, also the lounge bar where there was wide selection of bar meals and snacks to suit most tastes.

We had a family room, and there was plenty of space for me and my two kids, with one of them on the not big but perfectly comfortable sofa bed. The staff at breakfast were extremely nice and helpful, and it was great to be able to have a full gluten and dairy free english breakfast, even if not of the best quality.
