Fabulous hotel, rooms are spotless and bathrooms are modern and look brand new. Hotel is very well looked after. We had one evening meal at Golden Sands which was spectacular. All 3 of us commented on how delicious the food was. Staff are all wonderful and welcoming from houskeeping, reception and bar/restaurant staff. Gladys (reception) in particular was a superstar and really looked after us throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.

    Excellent accommodation. Rooms were big and spotless. They even had stocked up with coffee tea and sugar. There was water and milk in the fridge. Been to many hotels, and they never give you enough well done. The even had couple lovely boxes of Jersey sweets nice touch. The hospitality so friendly in the hotel and bar was excellent and could not do enough for you. As for the view, amazing. We'll done to all the staff on a good job. Will definitely book again for family and friends Shona

    Lovely location on the beautiful St Brelade Bay! Easy access to the bay, and along shop fronts. Also really liked that they had access to balcony overlooking the bay. Staff were friendly. Facilities were good - slightly outdated, but fully functional. Would happily stay again.

    Location. Spacious room for a family with two young kids, with a sofa area too. Great room to borrow beach toys. Perfect for our needs - we really enjoyed our stay.

    Anna was very helpful. In the booking, I indicated that there were two adults and one child of six but the reservation only captured two adults in the system. I was therefore assigned a room with only a double bed. Anna made a Herculean effort to give us a 'family room' on the eve of our departure for Jersey, finding us a room with one double bed and one single bed. The English breakfast was also absolutely scrumptious. The Cumberland sausage was cooked very well.
