Value for money, the family room was actually 3 separate rooms, for us a family of 4 adults, it was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water with high pressure flow. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options to choose from including vegan options. The scrambled eggs were very fluffy and the smoked salmon melt in the mouth.

We loved absolutely everything.. location, the house, views, peace and quiet, hosts' Duncan and Shona's care and communication. An Dòbhran is a wonderful find. Dornie has it all without the noise 💝 A 10 minute walk to a lively pub was everything you want in a Scottish bar. The foodie in me was ecstatic - I had venison in the pub restaurant. Next door, the hotel restaurant, equally impressive with its fish platters. The loch and of course, the castle lit up in the evening are sights never to be forgotten. Thank you Duncan and Shona for a wonderful stay.

Spectacular location! Parked right in front for easy loading/unloading, cottage was lovely, and we wanted for nothing. This is our favorite place so far on this trip, and we would definitely come back!
