Great cottage in a quiet location. Parking next to the cottage. The cottage has everything you need and is clean and homely. The rooms are spacious - more than you would expect as it looks smaller from the outside. The bed is comfortable and it is lovely having large bath in a spacious bathroom. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer if you plan a longer stay. We popped over to the George and Dragon for a meal which is a 4 minute drive. Really a lovely place and a wonderful stay.

The property was clean and set up lovely. All communal areas were neatly laid out and had everything you would need for your stay. We stayed in the Blue room with 5 people and it was comfortable with space between the beds. The bathrooms and room were clean. Lovely host. Highly recommended

Charlie greeted us with a very warm welcome and explained the layout of our accommodation and its amenities. Place was amazing. Wonderful location, although given there was no address provided other than the Clocktower we were a bit worried if we could locate the place. As it was the GPS took us straight to the address of 'Lower Catesby' and the Clocktower. The temporary BNB sitters were wonderful and informative and we met the owners the next day. They too were also wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing; the room was huge and wonderfully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay and moreso. To top it off it snowed and the surroundings looked like something out of a Christmas post card. The sitting room and glass covered patio were also available for guests to use, so it was just a wonderful place to visit and stay.
