Everything! The place was very clean and it was prepared so nice for our stay. Lovely Christmas decorations around and inside the hut. We stayed with our dog, and there was everything that he could need prepared: bowls, towel and even some treats! We were unlucky with the weather but even then the owners helped us as much they could! Definitely looking forward to visit this place again but in the better weather!

    This hotel has definitely earned its excellent rating. When I booked I wasn't sure what I was going to get. The price was super affordable and the reviews excellent. Rooms are well maintained and the bathrooms are well done up. Service was outstanding and the food was on par. Veggie option was a twist from the usual you may find at restaurants but delicious and a welcome change. Lots of local foot traffic, a well established venue. If you're staying in the Wye Valley and this property is available, do not pass up!
