The whole property was better than we imagined with all we needed for a 2 night break catered for. It’s set in a beautiful location with a short walk to Castle Combe but also gives a great parking option. Rowena met us as we arrived and explained a couple of things, she had also sent a list of local places of interest which we used to plan one of our days with trips to local pubs, the Salutation arms was our favourite and Allington Farm shop. The whole place is stunning and peaceful and the greeting of the peacocks and peahens both mornings gave us quite a giggle! They have made every effort to make the place home from home and we much preferred it to a hotel room with so much space. We plan to visit the area again next year so will book another visit soon.

Great comfy room. Very friendly people and they made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a great dinner and had a good breakfast before we continued our Cotswold Way walk. Highly recommend the place.

    The room was spacious and very comfortable. Beds were great and comfy, and the lady on reception was lovely and very helpful. The housekeepers was very friendly with our children all smiles and polite. Very nice environment in the morning.

    The Hotel is located in a rural area, surrounded by fields. It is a great place to explore the Cotswold and the Hotel is not far from the main famous cities of the Cotswold. We had a nice spacious family room with two single beds and one double bed. The room was cosy with everything you want. On the ground floor of the Hotel, the is a nice restaurant that serves delicious food. I recommend this hotel.

    Staff we're friendly and the family room was very clean and a good size. The shower was great and the cooked breakfast in the morning was excellent. I was able to make myself a cup of coffee in my room, which was good too.
