We booked at Nini's Sweet House by coincidence and what a great coincidence! This warm and hospitable guest house exceeded our expectations! Otari and his daughter Tamari were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are super clean and spacious and the garden is well maintained. You can find different cosy spots to sit and enjoy the greenery and the calmness of his garden. Otari took us on a tour to see his house, beautiful garden and all the great facilities such as billiards and table tennis. He offered us homemade eggs for breakfast and Tamari taught my wife how to prepare Khatchapuri which we all enjoyed for dinner along with other guests who were there during our stay. The guest house location is perfect if you're planning to visit Okatse Canyon, Martvili Canyon and Prometheus Cave. We were lucky to find this wonderful facility and meet this amazing family. We will definitely visit this place again!

So much to say about this place. Felt like a home away from home. Instantly the other guests themsleves became our family. The mother is the most caring lady and the seba is there to attend to any of your needs. Very beautiful house. The wine and whiskey she makes are the best and you must buy it from her. We went there just to spend the night but was reluctant to leave the next morning. The breakfast was amazing. It's a homestay with common bathroom and wc. Thanks to the family for a soul fullfilling day in Tblisi and thank you for showing us how a real native Georgian family leads their life. Love from us.

The cottage is ideally situated just outside Martvili Canyon, allowing you to arrive early and enjoy the area before the crowds. Of all the cottages we stayed in, this was the most spacious — featuring a large living area and roomy bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to five people. Everything was perfect. Our hosts were an adorable family who kindly allowed early check-in and waited for us at the chalet. Check-in was quick and easy. The chalet was very clean, with comfortable beds, a small but nice shower room, and a well-equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed: sofa, chairs, table, television, all in good condition. Outside, we enjoyed a hammock, chairs, flowers, apple and grape trees, and even a fire pit (which we didn’t expect). The family kindly offered to light a fire for us, cut extra wood, and even brought us a carafe of red wine. They let us pick a few apples too. The family was so generous and welcoming that we felt truly at home. It was the best stay of our trip, and we highly recommend this place. We would come back anytime.
