Guesthouse Alvani is a wonderful place to stay. The garden is a very lovely set up area as well as the terrasse and the house. The hosts are very kind and helpful in every way. They have an authenic Tusheti family background and know everything about the area. The host Ms Naira is a cook and prepares the best food ever! We have not eaten so good on our whole journey in Georgia so far! It is the perfect place to rest and load up your battery before going to Tusheti :)

We had the entire second floor ( 3 huge rooms, huge bathroom) with the terrace. Everything was clean and comfy. The bathroom had a shower with all the supplies you needed. One of the rooms had a sitting area where you could relax. From the terrace you can see the mountains in a sunny day and overlook the owners garden. We had breakfast and dinner on the terrace. The biggest and diverse meals we had in Georgia, with local and traditional foods prepared by the lady owner, Ia. She was very lovely and easy to communicate with and was able to prepare a gluten and lactose free meal. Oo and the best wine we had in Georgia, served with dinner, made by them in house. We could park the car in their yard.

We enjoyed everything from start to finish. The room is super comfortable because everything is created with great attention to detail. Spacious and very well maintained territory with vineyards, animals and a beautiful lake. Even just being in this place is already relaxing - and there are plenty of comfortable benches and chairs outside to enjoy the quietness and beautiful views. Friendly and polite staff who were very helpful and really looked after our comfort. Great indoor pool and food in several restaurants. Simply excellent. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend visiting the hotel. Make sure that you stay at lest a couple of days to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.

There were 3 options for breakfast, that we could select the day before by letting the hosts know. The location is amazing, the view of the mountains is mesmerizing, was very relaxing to sit and drink tea from the terrace. Also is quite close to Telavi and other monuments like the Monastery of Alaverdi or the New and old Shuamta's Monasteries. There is a nice restaurant close to the chalets as well as a traditional winery.

The guestlady was extremely nice, even if she was not there on my first day, she made sure I had everything I needed. She helped me find a driver to get me around the Kakheti region for some wine tastings, and also made me breakfast and left me some wine in the evening. The guesthouse is just amazing, so rich in history, quite spacious and with a great terrace.

First of all I would like thank you hotel staff for excellent service and fast feedback for all questions. This was nice stay in this brilliant hotel. Receiption service amazing. Hotel located in beautiful city and excellent place. Hotel don't have parking but possible parking car on square near of hotel or along side of hotel, no any restriction. Hotel room nice and comfortable. All consumable staff for comfortable stay present. Bonus from hotel, free spa service: swimming pool(amazing view of the historic part of the city), sauna, hamam. Recommend rooms with amazing view of the historic part of the city. We really enjoyed the service at the bar. The restaurant pleases with an abundance of variety of food and home comfort.
