Wonderful views in all directions in probably the best hotel in the area of Ushba. Very friendly staff with excellent manager, cooks and other staff. The owner, Marlen and his wife are always ready to help and can arrange for any requirement, including travel, horse riding, excursions, guiding and, amazingly, traditional Svaneti dancing lessons in the premises of the hotel itself, using an ex-professional Georgian dancer and instructor! Nargiz and Natasha in the kitchen and hotel premises have also been extremely helpful and friendly, with excellent cooking and also providing washing machine for laundry.

Great location close to main street, but quiet. Excellent view to the mountains from the room. Nice big room and bathroom, with everything you need. Good warm temperature inside the house. Breakfast served in the restaurant was fine - very tasty omelette. Staff is taking so good care of you :-)

Love this place! The stuff is amazing! Breakfast was great every day, with variety of meals and hot drinks. View was amazing from our room. There is central heating system, so you will not get cold. Mattresses and pillows are pure clouds. We was traveling with or frenchie, so there was no extra charge for a dog. Also the place have a bakery and it was warm smell of baked goods all the time, which was extra warming point during cold season.

The service was exceptionally warm and professional. first of all: Nanu and Tomas are so lovely, caring and authentic. their guesthouse feels like at home. they help you with everything - delicious breakfast (you have to try), drivers for excursions and a lot of love. and additional: the rooms are nice, spacious, clean and comfy. doing the laundry here is no problem. we wanted to stay two nights but extended to four nights, cause it is so lovely here.
