Absolutely everything. I needed to get away for a while. I decided at the last minute and made the reservation. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful getting me sorted out with the room, with a late meal and even let me swim all night. The pool is small, but well attended and enough for a hotel of that size (next door is the Tesano sports club for those that might want a larger pool or some other recreation)

Friendly and very willing staff. They went out of there way to make my stay nice and they really took care of the place the entire time. There is an amazing view there and a pool that overlooks the view, so a beautiful backdrop at night of the city.

Great location to everything on Oxford street. Welcoming, polite and accommodating staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We had an issue with our hot water on the first night which was attended to immediately by staff and rooms changed promptly. Staff were helpful with food and shopping recommendations near by. Thank you to Michael at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful to us! We will be back.
