Everything. The owner Jenny, is lovely and will do anything to make you comfortable. Great location with beautiful views, easy walk to beach that also leads on to the town. Fabulous swimming pool with plenty of loungers and seating areas. Big garden with pizza oven and barbecues. The house is cool and very well laid out with a separate flat where our son and his family stayed, ideal. The kitchen had everything you need for a large family gathering, we were 8 adults and 1 child. We had a fantastic time, sad to leave.

    We loved Candia! Such a pretty village. Lovely staff, pretty flowers and lush greenery everywhere, clean pools, kids club and lovely beach. Conveniently located to reach many beautiful places in the east side of Crete by car. Breakfast was great. Big apartment, separate bedroom to the kitchen, nice terrace, bottle of wine included, fruit, all new and comfy, cleaned daily. Bicycles are available to rent for free at the village.

    The staff was the best of this property. They are like a family. We won’t forget Chronis and Ritsa, always helpful with our children, always supportive, kind, funny. The maids work hard every day and always are smiling. At our arrival, we had some stuff at the room that needed to be reviewed/repaired and the handyman was there right away to solve everything. Room was comfortable and the pool is perfect for kids and adults. Snacks and drinks are at affordable prices.

    Child friendly, good attention to kids needs. Lots of friendly staff in the kids club. Direct access to beach with nice beach sports activities. Generous and diverse breakfast. The hotel was fully booked, but still did not feel too crowded. Super friendly staff.

    So well set up for families, no parent shaming and everyone clearly felt so relaxed and safe. Great staff, always willing to help and take pride in what they do. We have a 2 year old who we would strongly consider bringing back when she is a bit older so she can enjoy the kids club etc (4+). Water crystal clear and great little private beach. Food pretty good generally especially lunch at Taverna. Also had the gelato daily!
