The hosts were very nice and accomodating. The room was according to the pictures, everything was as described. We had no complaints and spent a really good week there. The location is close to the beach and very close to the bus station to go to Chania city center. The host helped us with taxi and provided recommendations for tours. A new mattress was provided on request when one of ours was too stiff. Everyone was very nice to us.

We booked this property for the last couple of days of our holiday so that the we could relax while the kids played. It was very nice and very clean. The breakfast had a large variety of food and was all done very well.

The suite was spotless, well-designed, and had a beautiful balcony where we could unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The peaceful atmosphere combined with the convenience of having everything nearby made our stay perfect. What a wonderful stay! The service was truly beautiful, we felt so welcome. Very child friendly both staff and facility wise. The rooms were well equipped and even had nescoffee machines. Late checkout and any of our requests were attended to quickly and kindly. The facilities were well kept, and beautiful with nice gardens and sea view.

This is definitely the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room itself is very spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, and a large terrace with a stunning view of the pool and the sea. The hotel is located across the road from the first line, and within 5 minutes, you can already be at the beach. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, and the staff is friendly. There was an option to pay extra for all-inclusive, but it wasn’t necessary for us. There are nice cafés and restaurants nearby. In the evening, there was sometimes entertainment for children, but after 11 PM, the hotel was very quiet. If I visit Agia Marina again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
