Everything... Mother was there to greet us, very polite and friendly, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and make sure we understood everything and had even baked us some cakes. Owner was on hand any time on phone, helpful with local suggestions for things to eat and places to see. The house itself was very clean, Aircon in every room, two showers, large rooms and living room, modern TV, nice patio area to sit, beach, shops and restaurants are alli 5 minutes walk. This is a perfect holiday house to come relax! This is definitely a high consideration for a nice chill holiday in the future.

Location next to the beach and the street is quiet. The room was of a good size, all furniture, bathroom was fine. The host kindly waited for us late in the evening to check-in.

The house is an absolute dream. Very cosy, all new and well maintained. It has all the necessary appliances and is very comfortable. The garden is amazing, we had many outside dinners at the garden prepared in the barbecue. The hosts are very kind, polite and helpful. Kritharia is a small little beach, away from the mass touristic route, perfect for a family. From there you can also drive to many interesting beaches and mountain places.
