10 put of 10! Sandra is an amazing host! Room was spotless, everything was even more than we expected. In the beautiful garden, you have a BBQ, every apartment has its own area for chill ☺️ There is also washing machine, that came pretty handy for refreshing beach towels. The bed is very comfortable and big! For reference my husband is 195cm/100kg and I’m 178, but we both slept like a babies. All in all, great value for money and we will be back for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment was perfect and cleaned on daily basis, location is great, you can easily access the best beaches on Sithonia that are located on the northeast and west part, the pool is nice to chill out in the morning or evening and probably good for families but, in my opinion, that is just a nice accessory to the new, beautiful complex, I prefer the closeness of the sea. The hosts are amazing, kind, polite, patient and attentive

We stayed 8 nights at Darion Luxury Villa with our family (3 adults and a 12-year-old) and had a wonderful experience. We were the first guests of this property and immediately felt at home. This was exactly what we expected from our holiday accommodation, even though we booked at the very last moment. The villa is very modern and well designed, with living spaces on the ground floor (fully equipped kitchen, cozy garden, guest toilet with washing machine) and 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the first floor. We also appreciated the electrical blinds, stylish interiors, and overall comfort of the house. The complex offers a superb swimming pool and private parking, and the villa has everything needed for a stress-free holiday. Its excellent location less than 100 m from Nikiti Beach makes it a perfect base to explore Sithonia’s many beautiful beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. Special thanks to Sakis, the owner, for his warm support and attention. Everything was above our expectations, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!
