Everything in the property was well designed and it looked well maintained. Everything needed for our stay was available in the property. There are 2 separate bathrooms which were very convenient for us. The pool was great and the final touch to make our stay there perfect.

Everything was so good, the owner was very friendly, the house was very clean, everything is new, the villa has all we need and more than that, location is very quiet ,green and peacefull, we lived it, next time we’ll come for longer time for sure!

We stayed in the dreamy treehouse for two weeks in August and it was absolutely fantastic! The pictures really don’t do it justice, the view from the balcony is breathtaking; you can see the most amazing sunrises directly from the window! The treehouse itself is well built, comfortable and very clean. The bed is a good size and we slept very well, I’d recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper like me. The best part of our stay, however, was our wonderful host Nikos and his family. Nikos is the most incredible host, he helped us to arrange airport transfers from him and scooter hire - both were good value. You can also order meals (breakfast & dinner), freshly cooked and brought to the treehouse at a time of your choosing. These meals are all homemade by Nikos’ wife using the freshest ingredients from their farm - the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had and so reasonably priced. The treehouse has an air conditioning unit installed which was a huge relief in the heat of August. The hot tub is amazing, we were worried it would be too hot to use but we spent many an evening in it watching the stars - there is very little light pollution so the night sky really is beautiful, we saw so many shooting stars! The treehouse is situated in a private garden with various seating options, it’s so peaceful. I’d highly, highly recommend this accommodation - we will definitely be back!

A very warm and friendly welcome was received from Nikos on our arrival. Asked us to make ourselves comfortable in the bar, provided us with a drink and then we completed the booking in process. Very relaxed and efficient. We were the first visitors of the season and were unexpectedly upgraded to a beautiful suite which included our own pool. The suite was very well appointed and we loved it, and very tastefully decorated. Ioanna has very good taste and has made the accommodation so homely. The bed was very comfortable too and the best shower we have had in Zakynthos and we have visited 20 plus times! As we stayed out of season, a very limited amount of tavernas were open, Nikos kindly offered to cook us a meal so that we did not have to go and find somewhere open. It was a very delicious meal and was something they would eat at home and was not on the menu. We ate breakfast there every morning and many times in the evening as although the menu is not vast, the specials they cook are fresh and of a very high quality. Nikos and Vasilis cannot do enough for you and I would highly recommend this accommodation. We will be visiting again.

The staff were really friendly and we had an upgraded room which was very nice indeed. The bar food was good and the bar man was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Overall we were impressed and we finish our trip to Greece back at this hotel
