The apartment is ideally located near the river and just steps away from the pedestrian street, where you'll find plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and various stores. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the apartment itself is cozy yet spacious enough for three guests. It comes equipped with a fridge, an electric stove, and a selection of thoughtful essentials like cookies, a variety of coffee sticks, tea, and more. There is also a spacious veranda, where you can relax, which is a bonus. While there’s no private parking, street parking is available in the area — we had no trouble finding a spot right outside the building. The owners are extremely friendly and always happy to help. They even offered us a homemade drink as a gift, which was absolutely delicious.

Vangelis was friendly and very helpful with giving information about the area. The location was excellent for visiting the Prespa lakes and it has it's own stork nest.

The breakfast was well prepared and served. Reasonable variety of options given. Like it hot and the personal touch given. Provided a local favour. The staff prepared hot toast with ham and chess plus hot drink when he realised that we had not taken dinner. Really appreciate it. We also had a good chat to have a better understanding of Greece.

- breakfast was super good! - the location was beyond expectations! - the hotel is positioned somewhere on the hill, from where you can observe the city of Florina. - the prices at the restaurant were reasonable! - i had 2 stays at this hotel and everything was as I expected! - i left my laptop charger in the room and I got a call from the reception somewhere 5 minutes after I left!
