This is a great hotel, wonderful structure, furnished with great taste, directly on the sea. Very comfortable room with home automation. Very nice spa area even if rather small spaces. Excellent cuisine at breakfast and room service. The staff is very friendly. Throughout the years, we've been in several luxury estates/hotels in Chania, and this is the best in our opinion.

Liked everything about this place. This place has literally everything to make you feel home. A proper kitchen, washing machine (washing powder if you need), a proper size fridge, etc. Balconies are on both sides, so if you want a shade during a day-you can hide yourself there, you might not have the same spectacular view on the other side, but it definitely gives you a nice shade. Location is so perfect, easy access to a small beach-just go down the stairs and you are right there for a swim. Plenty, plenty of the restaurants. Old town just 5 minutes away,the night life is magical and cosy. I hope to come back the next year. Thank you Captain Nick 😀

If you have a toddler like us you can walk to the beach with pram, a nice local restaurant to enjoy and also to the playground within walking distance. Can also get delivery on local apps. Lovely host, comfortable stay. All we needed for a short stay near Chania.

We loved this place! I've been travelling since May,my son and Nephew met up with me at Villa Michalis for 4 days.Everything about this place screamed 5 stars! The staff,the location which is abit further out of Chania but we had a car so that was all good as it was closer to the airport, the cleanliness,the wonderfully maintained pool,attention to detail around the environs of house,The hosts were so friendly,I could go on...

Avra City is in the centre of Chania Town, next to the Municipal Market and overlooking the Municipal Gardens. The hotel lies within a 5-minute walk from Chania Old Town.
