This is a family friendly hotel with a lovely garden, good sized pool area and a water park great for kids. The food was plenty and excellent. The location is great if you are seaking for a remote, yet well connected place to be. To the seaside you have to take a short walk (10 min) to the beach -which is well needed after the food you had- though lovely fields with olive trees, goats and a little church. It is like a little adventure. The public transport is on your doorstep and it half way between the airport and Rhodes city. Tickets can be purchased is from the great Mini Market (you can find everything in it) next to the hotel entrance. Alternatively you can rent a car/take private transfer depending on your wallet and needs.

Set right on Ialysos Beach, just a 10-minute drive from Rhodes Town and the island’s airport, the Sun Beach Resort boasts excellent leisure and entertainment facilities for children and adults.

beautiful hotel with private beach, all the stuff were very kind, they upgraded us to a bigger room on the house. we really enjoyed the pool and resterunt. and every night there was a show in the main stage, very fun! we really recommend sun beach hotel! fantastic value for the money (we order without breakfast ninclude)

We liked everything about the hotel. It was fantastic in every way. Staff were really nice, food was good and the hotel in general was really big and had lots.
