We had 2 different rooms. Both of them had a AC which you could set as you like. Kitchen drawers were decently equipped, everything we needed was there. Fridge was running already on arrival. Towels and bed sheets were included. Host was really friendly, could ask if we needed something. There is also new asphalt road to this property, so no more dusty roads.

Location of the property was great since we always wanted to visit places and beaches outside of Sarti. We liked the privacy the room offered, as well as the overall aesthetics and cleanliness of the place. Our hosts were really friendly and welcoming so we enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything, the view is a miloin dollar view, the hotel is located perfectly on the hill overlooking the sea with amazing sunsets. Breakfast is delicious, and served in the garden overlooking the sea so you enjoy your breakfast with a view. The owner and the staff are great, always smiling polite and willing to help. We will for sure visit the hotel again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the apartment in the heart of Sarti. The location couldn't be better – just a short walk to the beach and right next to the vibrant downtown area. The apartment itself was fantastic, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The nice balcony was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.The hospitality was truly exceptional. Our host provided us with a lot of useful information about the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Communication was always easy and prompt, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarti and look forward to staying here again in the future!

The property is new, modern and clean (every 1-2 days). The location is basically perfect. Next to the apartments there is a big supermarket and right next to it you get to the city center with all the stores, bars and restaurants. The host (Harris) is very cool, always responsive and is very helpful with everything. You can easily find parking outside the apartments. Overall great place for a pleasant holiday in Neos Marmaras.

What not to like about this amazing beachfront house...!This property truly offers a slice of heaven on earth. Located in the best spot in Kalamitsi, right across the road from the beach, it combines convenience with stunning natural beauty. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The photos were accurate, but the reality was even better. The 2 bathrooms eere convenient. The well-equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, and the short walk to local shops, cafes, and tavernas provides plenty of dining options. The patio is a delightful spot to relax, and when it gets hot, the big tree at the front offers cool shade, or you can enjoy the air-conditioned interior. The host's hospitality is outstanding – friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist. Little thoughtful touches, like providing umbrellas and chairs for the beach, sun lounges, books in various languages, and games, made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is perfect for both relaxation and adventure, with easy access to swimming and a lovely atmosphere to unwind in. We had such a wonderful holiday here and can’t wait to return. Pelagos Paradise Seafront Villa is the ultimate beachfront retreat in Halkidiki – cozy, clean, and perfectly located. Highly recommended!
