We had a room on the second floor facing the ocean. The room was clean and modern, fully renovated! The balcony faced palm trees and had nice separators between the other balconies, giving it a sense of privacy. The poolside was the ideal size—neither too crowded nor too boring or deserted, with some music playing in the background! The barkeeper was very friendly and made great cocktails for us (not the watery ones you get in Kos old town!). The beach, where the beach bars begin, is only one minute away—just one street over and you are there. You can either enjoy some alone time or walk another minute to where the beach bars start one after the other. We did not expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised and wished we could have stayed longer to calm down and relax. We read that it can be a little noisy, but that wasn't much of an issue for us. The balcony, cleanliness and renovations outweighed the noise. Breakfast was also included—it wasn't the biggest selection, but it made for a fun little morning activity beside the pool. Again, it wasn't a priority for us since we had lunch plans. I would stay again, 10/10.

We booked this Hotel originally for its proximity to the Town and Beach, outside of the main resort for peace and quiet yet only 10 mins walk to the Town. It had its own little private Beach. Sunbeds were plentiful both poolside and at the Beach. Meals and Drinks were very reasonably priced and excellent. Breakfast was continental and plentiful with a relaxed policy on times, (you didn't feel rushed if you came along late) and you always had a cheery good Morning from Renata. Meals were cooked by Georgios who would accomodate you with items that did not appear on the menu. The BBQ night was great value for money with plenty of meat being provided to your table. Nico managed the bookings and Hotel and was very accomodating and helpful. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly and created a very enjoyable atmosphere. Nationalities included, Danes,Germans,Italians,Irish and Uk guests,and there was a very friendly atmosphere around the Hotel. I had read some negative reviews but can only say that our experience and that of the people I spoke to at the Hotel had nothing but positive comments to make. We are frequent travellers and normally opt for Fully inclusive. We had one week in Turkey Fully inclusive and then travelled on to this Hotel with the intention of travelling around and eating out at different restaurants we found everything so good at Mammis that we decided to eat here everyday and Night. We are already planning our return visit for June 24. Keep up the Great work Mammis Beach. Derek and Michelle Room Number 1.

very beautiful resort, very clean, many different pools and restaurants we travelled as a family group of 10 people, Dimitry from the restaurant Organization went out of his way to get us a table for the group in the theme restaurants! The location of Norida is inside a little village with several other Mitsis hotels: Blue Domes and Summer Palace. The nice and clean pebble beach with water sports facility of other hotels a few steps away is excellent (just don’t expect to find a place after 7am first two rows next to the sea. Lounge chairs weren’t that comfortable, they were better by the pool and on the grass. The staff is exceptional: from the kind and helpful ladies at the reception (Soteria, Katarina) to the fantastic activity program yoga, Pilates, beach volley, aqua gym and tennis by Sophia, Parthenia and lady from Lausanne and the kids club was great with Effy and the girls with the funny name(s) according to our daughter. Service in restaurants: the staff was correct and enough to deal with the high amount of people, all did their best and made contact with the guests. Food: plenty of choice for vegetarians and vegans. It was nice to be able to have also additional food choices on the beach like pizza, gyro pita and near pools: ice cream and pancakes. Evening program was nice with possibility to go to other hotels for different shows. Also pleasant open air fitness area and salty water pools! There is a possibility to go to the bus stop opposite the hotel and take the bus to Kos city. The foam dino during the last days of our stay was such a good idea! The kids loved it. The quizz movie and song nights were a good way to let the brain work, similar games would be even more fun.
