We really loved this hotel. Everything was clean and very modern. The staff was absolutly great, always very friendly and helpful. We even got an upraded room which was absolutly stunning. Parking was easy, the staff parked the car for us in the parking garage. We loved the pool of the hotel, as well. Breakfast and dinner were also great. We can really recommend this hotel!

Beds were so comfortable! The view of the sea was amazing and our breakfast was fab! Fresh orange juice and fruit every morning! Also great coffee! Being served drinks and lunch on the beach and at the pool was a luxury! We felt very pampered and rested!

I recently stayed at Eleven Boutique Suites and had an amazing time. The hotel is very small, which made it very quiet and relaxing. The owner was incredibly helpful and always made sure I had everything I needed. The facilities were great, and the sea view was absolutely perfect. One of the highlights of my stay was the food at the restaurant. It was some of the most delicious food I've ever had! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay on Crete Island. The combination of great facilities, stunning views, and fantastic food make it a truly special place to stay.

Wonderful and incredibly helpful staff!! She gave us great recommendations about the area. Just a few meters to the sea and the beach. Very nice room, beautiful decor, and incredibly clean! Will definitely book again when we go to Rethymno. Good parking spots.

A wonderful stay, once again with our hosts Minos and Aga. A warm welcome in their wonderful luxurious location. Upon request breakfast and meals in typical Cretan cuisine were prepared and enjoyed together with family and friends. We will surely return in future!

The staff was great, very polite, very attentive with kids and with the clients. The room was cleaned every day, the pool area and the garden was very clean, the food always fresh with a good variety, they helped us with baby friendly food. The hotel has a free private beach with sunbeds, they provide beach towels every day, the beach is just across the hotel, one minute walk. It's a sandy beach, ideal for baby, crystal clear water..The hotel has free private parking, spa zone, gym and a little space for the kids in the backyard. The city center is available by walking or driving, it's 20 min walk to the port.

We first stayed here three years ago, just the two of us before our son was born, and it was absolutely wonderful. So when we decided to return to Crete this year, this place was an obvious choice — and just like back then, we were more than satisfied this time as well. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and everyone here is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. You truly feel at home. We had breakfast (15€/person), which was already great three years ago, but this time it was even better — a wide variety that has something for everyone. The beach is just a few minutes from the hotel and it's truly stunning — long and spacious. We’ll definitely come back again someday. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be this: it would be great to have a “Do Not Disturb” sign for the room. The cleaning schedule isn’t always at the same time every day, and sometimes when you just want a quiet moment, a sign like that would be helpful. But that’s honestly just a small detail — maybe even a little inspiration for a minor improvement at what is otherwise an absolutely fantastic place. We can fully and sincerely recommend it to anyone. On top of that, our journey here was quite complicated, so we had to cancel the arranged airport transfer and reschedule it for another day. Due to a change in our return flight, we also needed to stay an extra night — and again, nothing was ever a problem. So with this review, we’d like to thank the entire team for a truly wonderful holiday
