This was our first holiday as a family of three and we wanted it to be absolutely incredible. And guess what? It was everything we hoped it would be! Hotel is really luxury, even with 4⭐️, staff is amazing (we love you Barbara, Oleg will miss you), food is great. It is fairly big but has smaller number of rooms so even with full capacity - not crowded. Everything is clean and the atmosphere is super relaxed. If you’re travelling with a walking baby/toddler - there are not that many places it can hit its head so, very baby friendly! 😂

The place is just amazing! The duplex appartments are very spacious and very clean with a great view towards the sea. It is located right next to the beach but there is also a big swimming pool which is also very clean (I was impressed by what seemed to be an underwater roomba) and lights up at night making it a great sight when you want to relax on one of the sunbeds. The appartment had two air conditioning units, two TVs, big double beds and a spacious bathroom. Mr Stathis was a really great host. He was there to greet us when we arrived and was always more than happy to help us with any request we had like when we needed an extra bed. Overall it was an amazing experience and I'd recommend it to anyone going with friends or family.

Everything was exceptional. Together with my friends we are long time customers of this property. The location is special in an impressive natural setting; these noble people managed to create an atmosphere that rests your soul. Everything is luxury. Exceptional cleanliness. The apartments are equipped with everything you need, a kitchen with everything clean, a washing machine. I stayed in the apartment for two people and in the suite for 4 people. Everything is superlative. They are open to any concerns or dissatisfaction that they try to create a dream vacation for you. The employees at the reception, bar, waiter that I have met over time have a special respect for customers and are always benevolent, warm, welcoming, with a smile on their lips that you can't come back here. Year after year we return with love. I haven't met these quality services at this price, in such a natural setting and special people. This time, we arrived at the location very late from the airport, Panagiotis was waiting for us, he greeted us warmly like old friends, he offered us what we wanted to drink from the house, he told us about the area this special. Thank you I'm repeating myself but I have to emphasize because the people who created this place have put soul into every corner to crrate a little heaven for guests. We will come back with love and thank you all of you for your kindness and attention you surrounded us every time. Efharisto parapoli !!!

Small scale hotel (I believe only 10 rooms). NIce room and superb view. Large balcony. Nice infinity pool. The hotel owner also has a beach area, about 3 km towards Limni, where you get free sunbeds and umbrellas. The nearby city Limni is nice, with plenty of restaurants. When you drive north to Loutra, you can also visit the thermal baths.

Close to a nearby beach, with clear waters but full of pebbles. Close to the nearby town for supplies and restaurants. Unfortunately nothing within walking distance. The place has a lovely garden, full of trees where the kids can enjoy a nice playground and the grownups can enjoy a coffee and a book in the shade. Clean overall. The owners are very kind.

Very big yard, well maintained and arranged, excellent sea and mountine view, beautiful stone house with two bedrooms and a huge living room with everything you need. Very quiet area with friendly people. No musquitos! No wasps! Many trees for good shade infront of the house, enough place to park several cars. It is a little tricky to park in the yard but for us it was ok.
