We loved the location of the Galaxy Hotel, the coffee machine in our room, the morning breakfast buffet, the comfortable bed, the gym, the pool area and the staff. Our room was small but everything was perfect. Our rental car was secure in the gated parking area, plus we were only 10 minutes from the Iraklio Airport for our early morning flight.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and super clean . It even had a welcome dessert (loukoumi) ! Next to the city centre and only five minutes walk from the garage (seaside parking, 16euro/day) . In that price point it’s unbeatable!

I liked everything - the hotel is brand new and clean, rooms are big, balcony is very nice and big. Food in the restaurant is very good too. The staff is very nice. But the most that I liked was the way how the manager solved some problems. He is very helpful.
