Paradise..We were lucky enough to be the first ever people to stay in the villa. The wow factor when we arrived and was met by the owner was amazing. The villa, the amazing infinity pool and sea view was breath taking. Everything was brand new (obviously) and the level of comfort was outstanding from the living area to the bedrooms and bed linen. Quality sun beds around the pool were perfect. The owner put some drinks in the fridge, beer, wine fruit juice and water which was very well received as it was 34'c when we arrived. I have absolutely no negatives from our stay..... if you are looking for a little bit of paradise, 3 mins drive to the nearest beach and privacy this is the perfect place. Thank you and see you again next year!!!!

The place was very covenient and comfort to stay. There is a supermarket 5-10 minutes driving in a very quiet neigbourhood with nice garden. The host was a very frienly person very responsive with his messages and gave us very useful things like water shampoos and washing machine tablets.

The property was beautiful, well equipped with wonderful views. The beach was a very short drive away, you do need a car if you’re staying here. The beach had 2 tavernas we loved Athios Preview, the best food, best service and so reasonable. The hosts had everything catered for including a comprehensive guide in the property. Mr. Takis was readily available for anything we needed after we arrived. He let us in and showed us around and made sure we had everything to make our stay comfortable. The villa itself was impeccable. Clean, beautiful, and atmospheric. We were close to everything we needed (Sami being a 10 minute drive) and some gorgeous views. My wife and I hiked Mt. Ainos which was conveniently only 20 minutes away. Being there in the winter time was relaxing as there was no hustle and bustle of tourists everywhere and having access to the sauna and the heated subflooring was a godsend during those cold mornings. Also there were two adorable cats that were so chatty and lovable that showed up at the kitchen door so if you love cats, you'll definitely like the place. My wife and I will definitely be making a reservation for summertime so we can enjoy the warm weather and pools.

The villa is incredible. Very beautiful house, with all you need. The surrounding is peaceful. Labros is a great host and available for anything you need. We were 4 families with kids and there was a lot of space and hidden spots for all of us. Rooms are spaceous and well maintaned. The architecture of the place speeks for itself. One of the best vilas we have ever been to.
