I travel a lot, both for leisure and for work. I can say that this may be the best of its kind I have seen so far. The place is equipped at an excellent level. The location is the best if you are looking for privacy, diving into nature, and detoxing from stress. The Hosts are fantastic. They are always there to help but very discreet. Cleanliness was at the top level. The jacuzzi pool is really great.

Nestled just a 5-minute drive from Georgioupolis, this newly built villa offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and serene privacy. While there’s no public transport to the villa, having a car is well worth it for the beautiful surroundings and the hidden gem that this place is. Accessing the villa involves a steep track, but it's completely manageable and adds to the sense of seclusion. Once inside, we were delighted by the modern bathrooms and kitchen, which made our stay feel incredibly luxurious. The security shutters were a thoughtful touch, allowing us to sleep peacefully without any concerns about safety. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxation, featuring four sun beds and a lovely undercover seating area with garden furniture. We really appreciated the pool cleaning service that came during our visit, ensuring everything was pristine for our enjoyment. Plus, the Smart TV in the open-plan lounge, complete with Netflix and Prime, allowed us to unwind with our favorite shows in the evenings. The villa is just a couple of minutes from Kournas Lake, which is a beautiful spot to explore, though it can get a bit busy with tourists. The best part? We felt completely away from the hustle and bustle while enjoying our time by the pool and dining outside. Overall, we had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the welcome hamper left for us upon arrival. The access instructions were clear and easy to follow, making our arrival stress-free. Great villa, very comfortable. A lot of space and well equipped kitchen. Exclusive rooftop with big jacuzzi, available gas barbecue and space for children. Everything is well mainteined and very clean. Fantastic host and helpful personel.

The villa is great and the view is extraordinary. Michael, the owner, waited for us with an oven baked type of lasagna, which was delicious. He is such a great guy. We had a lovely holiday. Highly recommend the place!

We had a wonderful stay at Leonidas Studios & Apartments in Georgioupolis. We felt very comfortable from the very first moment. We stayed in the newest room, which was beautifully designed and really well equipped. Everyone was extremely friendly, and the owners took such great care of us throughout our stay. The hotel bar just around the corner serves fantastic cocktails and delicious coffee – perfect to start or end the day. We would definitely love to come back and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
