Everything! This is the dream villa for a holiday on Skopelos island. It could not have been any better for us. The views, the facilities, the rooms, the pool, the hosts …. absolutely fabulous. It’s not often that you find a place that is better in reality than in the photos. Fully equipped kitchen in beautiful open plan area. Complete with dishwasher and washing machine. Spacious. Quiet and secluded and overlooking Skopelos town, harbour, sea and surrounding mountains. The villa is surrounded by olive groves. This is quality!

The property had amazing views and the location was great. The owners of the property went out of their way to pick us up from the port and drop us off as well as take us to the supermarket if we needed! The property was up a hill so Malvina had given us a taxi number that happily brought us up the hill of a night. The villa is spotlessly clean and it really feels like a home from home! It was AMAZING!

Seminas House was perfectly located near The Virgin Mary church where my Daughter was married on the 19/09/2024. The views are amazing and our host Joanna treated us like her own family, such a beautiful lady.

We loved staying at Evagelia's Villas and if we went back to Skopelos this is where we would stay. We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children (22 & 20) to give more context. Evagelia has thought of everything you need to stay including a well provisioned kitchen for self-catering, including a bottle of wine to say "welcome". Evagelia checked in with us (by text) every couple of days to make sure all was OK. The apartment is ideally located in Skopelos Town, just far enough back from the sea-font with it parade of shops & resturants so it's quiet, yet close enough that it's a 2 minute walk. We loved the terrace which gets a lot of sunshine during the day.

Villa Aelia is a beautiful property set in a quiet part of Skopelos. It was a real getaway location, away from everyone, and not overlooked. Natassa was always available for anything we needed and communicated well and with care for her guests. The property was cleaned daily and we had everything we needed. For us, a hire car was essential, we toured the island each day and then retreated back to relax. We were 2 adults and 3 children (16,12,10) and there was plenty of space for us all.

A wonderful location that looks exactly like the presentation pictures. The terrace and pool are wonderful, and the location of the pool with sun all day warms the water and makes the experience wonderful. The house is equipped with everything you need. 3 km away is Panormos with a pebble beach and many taverns and even a supermarket. The beaches of Millia and Kastani are also relatively close, 7-8 km, and you can drive to Skopelos Town for about 15 minutes. The location of the house is also very beautiful, surrounded by pine trees. We even saw some sandpipers in the yard, so nature is at its home. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, they have a daily cleaning service, which we refused, preferring to manage ourselves. This is how we got used to it on longer holidays. I highly recommend this dream location. It is a pet-friendly location and our dog felt wonderful. Thank you for hosting.

My family and I felt for two weeks like what Greeks would call "Leventis" - a word that combines meanings like honorable, noble, respectable, dignified, distinguished and maybe even wealthy in spirit! Peace, views, nature all around, like a garden of Eden where all kinds of fruit grow and create refreshing atmosphere even during the summer heat. Perfect location: Very close to everything (beach, walking paths, port, shop, bakery, grill, restaurant, bus, rent a car, rent a boat) - and yet far enough from anything to truly relax. Family owners give you their heart, but also your space. Children friendly beyond words. On arrival, we were welcomed with homemade lemon sweet and a glass of water - a gesture that brought back memories of my grandparents, who always greeted guests with their own preserves made from white cherries or forest strawberries. It felt like a moment from another time, when life was slower, simpler, and more human - biological, not electrical. Oh yes, we will return here.
